Sturgeon Caviar

Obtained from the mature Russian-Persian or Kura sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedti and Acipenser Persicus). Made and imported from USA.

The size of it’s row roe varies from large to medium sized grains with traditional brown/gray color.

The flavor of Sturgeon Caviar is very unique. Roe tends to be gentle, perfect firmness, with clean, sweet and nutty undertones and amazing aftertaste. it will linger on the palate in a sublime, buttery finish.

Smear on blinis or spoon directly into the mouth of a loved one for the height of satisfaction.
