Royal Caviar Salad
Ingredients:
-Royal Caviar – 150 g
-Rice – 100 g
-Eggs, pre-cooked in a cool – 5.,
-Salted salmon – 200 g
-Red Onion – 1 pc.,
– lettuce, mayonnaise.
Preparation:
- Cook the rice until tender, to shift into a sieve and rinse in cold water.
- Chop the eggs, onion and salmon in small cubes. All the above ingredients are mixed with mayonnaise.
- Put the dish of lettuce, put on top of lettuce leaves, top on the entire surface of lettuce put Royal Caviar. It turns out very nicely, but how delicious – to judge you.
Royal Caviar Potato Salad
Ingredients:
750 gr. small potatoes
1 egg,
1 bunch green onions,
250 ml. vegetable broth
Table 7. tablespoons lemon juice
4 tbsp. olive oil,
salt, pepper,
2 table. sour cream,
150 gr. creamy yogurt
1 table. grated zest
Lemon
1 pinch of sugar
50 oz. Royal Caviar
Preparation:
- Wash and boil potatoes in the skin for about 20 minutes.
- Boil hard-boiled egg. Pour over potatoes and eggs with cold water and cleaned.
- Green onions wash, dry and cut into rings.
- Boil the vegetable broth, 4 table. lemon juice and olive oil. Season the soup to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
- Potatoes cut into slices and leave for 20 minutes in the hot broth. Chopped egg. Mix sour cream, creamy yogurt, zest and remaining lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Remove the potatoes from the broth, put on a platter and serve with sour cream mixture, Royal Caviar, egg and green onions.
Royal Caviar Avocado and Mango Serve.
Ingredients:
Avocado – 2 pc.
Mango – 1 piece.
Lemon juice – 1-2 teaspoons;
mayonnaise – 3 teaspoons;
Crab meat – 0.1 grams,
Royal Caviar – 3 tbsp. spoons;
Lemon or lime – 2 cloves (for decoration).
Preparation:
- Slice Avocado in half and with a tablespoon very carefully, remove the flesh, without damaging the peel. Diced avocado and mix with crab meat and diced mango. Mayonnaise and mix well.
- The resulting mixture is put in a half avocado no peel. Royal Caviar neatly laid out on top of the filling.
- Then drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately to the table.
Royal Caviar Traditional pancakes
Ingredients:
Flour – 2 cups;
Milk – 4 cups;
Eggs – 2 pc.
Sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon;
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
Royal Caviar – 200 gr.;
Salt – to taste.
Preparation:
- To prepare the pancakes mix mixer eggs, salt, sugar, add the milk and slowly add the flour.
- When a homogeneous mass is ready, fry the pancakes in small pans, greased with vegetable oil

Royal Caviar Rolls
Ingredients:
butter or goat cheese;
fillet of smoked salmon;

Preparation:
- Fillet of smoked salmon cut into long strips 2-3 cm wide and gently roll the strip into a tube.
- Tube one-third complete cheese or butter, and the rest with a small spoon – Royal Caviar. Lime cut into large wedges.
